From the initial negotiation and bidding to the continuous supervision, CPManagement keeps a close eye on all service vendors to ensure quality contract compliance so that your property is properly serviced and maintained. These services can include:

- Building Systems – HVAC, Elevators, Fire Systems, etc.
24-Hour Emergency Services
Emergency calls are dispatched to our in-house maintenance crew
24/7. All Maintenance staff members are available by Nextel
radio providing exceptionally timely response to calls.
Comprehensive Maintenance Programs
Our in-house maintenance staff provides constant oversight of
all facilities. This vigilance allows for comprehensive scheduled
and preventive maintenance to be performed at weekly, monthly
or other timely intervals.
