Overview
Headquartered in Exeter, NH, CPManagement, Inc., is engaged in the management of office,
retail, industrial, R and D, medical office, warehouse, professional
condominiums, residential condominiums and multi-family properties. The firm manages
approximately four million square feet of office, industrial
and commercial space and nearly 1,000 residential units. The portfolio has grown consistently
each year since the business was founded in 1986.
CPManagement, Inc., has invested heavily in preventative maintenance
programs. This includes the purchase, installation and implementation
of a computerized preventative maintenance, dispatching and
tenant follow-up program. CPManagement’s comprehensive computerized
preventative maintenance programs provide the highest operating
efficiencies and extend the life of capital equipment.
CPManagement, Inc. opened its first satellite office in Hartford, CT, in
October of 1995 under the direction of Martin F. Schwager, RPA.
Subsequently, to accommodate the growth of the NH seacoast area,
CPManagement, Inc. opened a second satellite office in Portsmouth,
NH in May of 2003.
