Introduction
CPManagement currently manages approximately 4 million square
feet of commercial property and nearly 1,000 units of residential
housing. All of the properties we manage are unique with their
own characteristics, problems and needs. CPManagement addresses
these needs on an individual basis rather than managing with
a broad “one size fits all” mentality. This is the foundation
for our  successful
growth and what has distinguished CPManagement as a leader in
the property management industry.
Our management responsibilities are carried out with a varying degree of ownership participation. Some of our clients choose to be involved in their properties on an almost daily basis, while others simply look at our comprehensive monthly report and assign discretion to us. The level of management desired by a particular client is something that evolves between manager and owner over the course of time.
CPManagement manages properties from a single user facility,
to a residential community, to a first class downtown office
building. Our portfolio of properties is quite diverse and we
specialize in all of the appropriate disciplines necessary for
each assignment.
