Property Manager

Brand New luxury apartment community seeks full time Property Manager in Manchester, NH. This candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management of our apartment community. Will work closely with the on-site leasing team and senior management to ensure the property’s success by assisting with leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination and administrative tasks. This is an exciting job opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and continued success of the CP Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

· Leasing and Marketing: Oversee the leasing process, including showing units, managing lease applications, and executing leases. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents and Maintain online advertising and social media accounts.

  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the property's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue. Ensure timely collection of rent and manage delinquency.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards. Schedule regular inspections and manage vendor relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to senior management and Assist with risk management activities, including insurance claims, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the property management industry.

· High School Diploma, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in property management (AMSI/Prisma) software and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with professionalism.
