No matter the size, each association is assigned one of our dedicated property managers that serves as the main point of contact. Our property managers hold condominium specific designations including CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Manager Specialist).
The manager maintains a close relationship with the Board of Directors, is a regular presence on the property, attends board meetings, procures all goods and services, ensures cost and quality control, and is readily accessible via phone and email. The property manager becomes knowledgeable about the property’s unique needs, its Declaration, Bylaws and how the board prefers to abide by these governing documents. We collaborate with the board to facilitate the overall operation of the property including unit owner communication on a day-to-day basis.

This includes recommendations on condo fees and reserve funding levels, negotiation of vendor contracts, procurement of necessary insurance policies, and creation of a rules and regulations overview for owners. For condominiums under continued development, we serve as the board liaison with developers to ensure the process runs smoothly.
