As we move through Spring 2026 and get past the heavy rain of spring and snowfall this past winter, we want to take a moment to reflect on what was a productive 2025 and an eventful first quarter for CPManagement. We are grateful for the continued trust placed in us by our clients, tenants, and condominium owners. Over the past year, we are proud of the work we completed to maintain and enhance the properties under our management.
We welcomed 15+ properties to the CPManagement portfolio in 2025, a mix of commercial properties, multifamily buildings, and condominium communities. We now manage over 150 properties in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. We are excited to build strong relationships with these clients and help them reach their goals while continuing to offer the same exceptional service that our clients know and love.
Throughout 2025, the CPManagement team supported a wide range of capital improvement projects focused on preserving property values and addressing long-term infrastructure needs. These efforts included building envelope repairs, structural maintenance, waterproofing, balcony and façade restoration, interior common area renovations, mechanical system upgrades, and landscape improvements. Each project was approached with careful planning and coordination to ensure long-term benefits for the communities we serve. We wouldn’t be able to complete these types of projects without our trusted vendors that we rely on to bring high-quality and creative solutions.
CPManagement would not be possible without our dedicated team. Over the past year, we continued to invest in staffing, training, and internal processes to enhance our clients’ experience. Our team expanded across multiple departments, including maintenance and management. We are proud of the professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment our team continues to demonstrate every day. Clear and transparent communication has remained a central focus for us. We strongly believe that strong communication is the foundation of successful property management.
As we look ahead to the remainder of 2026, we are excited to continue enhancing our operations, including rolling out more expansive online payment options. At the same time, we remain focused on the fundamentals—delivering timely, clear, and reliable service to every property we manage.
