CP Management would like to highlight and congratulate members of their staff celebrating work anniversaries in 2021!

CP Management prides itself on creating a fun, rewarding and stable work environment. We are honored to have loyal employees that have chosen to stay with us for many years. We feel strongly about celebrating our employees and showing appreciation for all they do.

We asked those celebrating an anniversary with an increment of five years a few questions to learn a little more about them and their time at CP Management. Let’s see what they had to say…

Celebrating 30+ Years:

Molly Thibodeau- Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Exeter, NH

Favorite aspect of CP - “One of the best things about working at CP is the flexibility available when needed.”

Favorite Memory - “There are too many to name, but I suppose meeting my now husband is my favorite.  He was a vendor, and I was an assistant property manager.  We’ve been married now for 27 years!”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work - In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, son and pets.

Celebrating 20^th Work Anniversary:

June Little- Lease Administrator – Exeter, NH

June’s Favorite Aspect of CP - “I enjoy working with the people that have become my very good friends over the years.  It’s really like a family.  We all work very hard, but also have a lot of belly laughs.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “155 Fleet/19-27 Congress (Wenberry Associates) in downtown Portsmouth. We’ve managed it for as long as I’ve been with CP, and it has gone through many changes over the years.  Being historic in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, it is full of cracks and crevices and is constantly evolving and changing with the times.  The tenants and owner are great, too!”.

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “I enjoy spending time hiking the White Mountains with friends.”

Rick Rice – Maintenance Supervisor – Manchester, NH 

Rick’s Favorite Aspect of CP - “I enjoy being part of such a professional team.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – Rick doesn’t quite have a favorite building in the portfolio, but when he is working at a building he said, “I try to constantly upgrade and maintain them as if they were my own.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “When I’m not working at Sundial, I’m working at home.”

Celebrating 15^th Work Anniversary:

Norm Dupuis, Maintenance Technician, Portsmouth, NH

Norm’s favorite aspect of CP – “All of the people on my team are great guys. We support one another and it makes work more enjoyable.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “I’d have to say Pease Tradeport, I like working there. Three of us oversee the three buildings on the compound. The location is great, and it’s convenient. It’s very close to my home.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “I enjoy taking care of my mom on the weekends. My siblings and I take turns helping out. But when I’m not at work I really enjoy watching sports, football and baseball are my favorite.”

Celebrating 10^th Work Anniversary:

Rob Dunnell, Maintenance Technician, Exeter, NH

Rob’s Favorite Aspect of CP – “My favorite aspect is the ability to make my own work schedule and setting priorities for each work order as they are created. I enjoy the look on our customers faces when we make them happy.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “Sterling Hill in Exeter, NH because he has had the opportunity to get to know most of the residents over the years. “

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “Golfing and fishing!”

Charles Schwartzmiller, a parking attendant in Exeter, NH has also been with CP Management since 2011!

Celebrating 5^th Work Anniversary:

Stafford Johnson-Rodriguez, Property Manager, Lowell, MA

Stafford’s Favorite Aspect of CP – “It’s the people. Everyone I’ve had interactions with are very friendly and have positive attitudes. I can honestly say the day I started with CP Management I knew this was the place I would call my work home. Over the past five years there have been many memories that I cherish till this day, but one that stands out to me the most: the day I officially became a Property Manager. Having received the promotion from my mentor who was also my Regional Manager at the time, is what made this a memory I would never forget.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “Although I have worked at and visited a variety of properties within our portfolio, it is hard to choose just one. However, I will say when I visited The Residences at Brentwood in Rhode Island I really liked all it had to offer. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the property and all the amazing amenities. There aren’t many properties around that have both indoor and outdoor pools let alone a Sauna! The apartments also have a very cozy vibe showcasing built in fireplaces. “

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur-baby Nene. I’m also a whiz in the kitchen. I enjoy making food for big groups of people, especially my famous Macaroni and Cheese!”

Amanda Knoepfler – Property Manager, Manchester, NH

Amanda’s Favorite Aspect of CP - “I love that I work for a company that sponsors local businesses and donates to charitable causes every Holiday season! One of my favorite memories was when I dropped off Christmas gifts to Toys for Tots after organizing an office collection. The Toys for Tots volunteers were impressed with both the quantity and quality of the toys donated by the employees.”

Favorite Building Managed by CP – “It’s hard to choose a favorite, but 29 Stiles Road in Salem is probably my favorite building. The Board of Directors and the tenants have always been a pleasure to work with. This building was brought on by CP Management shortly after I started with the company, and I have enjoyed being a part of the management team since the beginning.”

Favorite Activities Outside of Work – “I enjoy spending time on the lake with my daughter, as well as taking trips to the beach, (my happy place) and taking boat rides or kayaking.”
